AAMI GROUP'S BUSINESS REVIEW AND PROSPECTS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2021

Since the carve out in January 2021, AAMI’s revenue breaks a new record in the first half of the year. At the same time, our booking, backlog, gross and net profit margin all have reached a historical new height.
Currently, the semiconductor industry is entering an exciting era of supply chain super cycle due to surge in demand of 5G, electrical vehicles, AIoT, cloud computer etc. We are excited with this super cycle because it has provided us with several valuable business opportunities.
The Group’s three major production plants consists of AMC, AMM, and AMA (under construction). Each exerts respective strengths that enables us to move towards the goal of becoming the Worlds #1 Leadframe Supplier. Our group continues to invest heavily in AMC and AMM in order to strengthen our competitiveness and capabilities. AMA is our new production plant based in Chuzhou, Anhui. The construction has started in early April and the main plant is about to be capped. The colleagues from other sides have supported and worked together to help AMA start production as planned. Empowered by the strong developments in the semiconductor market, we are confident in achieving new sales records and obtaining excellent performance in the near future.

Everyone’s effort is vital in helping the company expand our production capacity, improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and serve our customers with top quality products. (AMSG), together with kind-hearted people from all walks of life, gathered at Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road to participate in a charity walk themed around children’s charity.
