Yao Kai, Member of the Standing Committee of Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, Visits AMA for Inspection and Research

On January 13, 2026, Mr. Yao Kai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, visited Advanced Assembly Materials Anhui Co., Ltd. (“AMA”) for an on-site inspection. The visit aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s production operations, technological innovation, and industrial development. Mr. Guo Yongfu, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of the China-Singapore Suzhou-Chuzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, accompanied the visit.
Mayor Yao first visited the AMA Science and Technology Museum, where he learned about the company's development history, product manufacturing processes, and application scenarios. He expressed high recognition and affirmation of AMA's capabilities in the design and manufacturing of high-precision lead frames and stamping dies. He also praised the company's advanced process technologies and sustained R&D investment, and encouraged AMA to continue focusing on industry frontiers and consolidating its technological leadership. General Manager Lei provided a detailed report on the company's overall operational status, future strategic layout, and efforts and plans regarding local industrial chain development as well as talent recruitment and cultivation. He also had an in-depth exchange with Mayor Yao on topics such as employee skills training, specialized talent cultivation, and school-enterprise collaborative education.
Afterwards, Mayor Yao and his delegation went into AMA's production workshops to inspect the operation of production lines and the manufacturing process. They gained a detailed understanding of product performance, market share, raw material supply, and the challenges and needs the company currently faces. Mayor Yao noted that the semiconductor industry is both strategic and foundational. As an important part of Chuzhou's semiconductor industry chain, AMA has significant development potential. The municipal government and relevant departments will continue to optimize the business environment, precisely address corporate needs, and help the company overcome development difficulties. At the same time, Mayor Yao expressed his hope that the company will always adhere to an innovation-driven development strategy, focus on breakthroughs in core technologies, and actively promote the clustering and development of upstream and downstream enterprises, thereby injecting stronger momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy and the cultivation of new productive forces.
General Manager Lei expressed sincere gratitude to the Chuzhou municipal government and the Suzhou-Chuzhou Management Committee for the support and assistance provided during the company's production and operations. He noted that this inspection has pointed the way forward for AMA and strengthened its confidence. In the future, AMA will continue to deepen its presence in the semiconductor materials field, increase R&D investment, enhance innovation capabilities, actively fulfill its social responsibilities, and empower as well as add value to the high-quality development of the semiconductor industry in Chuzhou and even Anhui Province.
