THE DEPUTY SECRETARY OF CHUZHOU MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE OF CPC, MAYOR WU JING LEADED CXMT AND OTHER ENTREPRENEURS IN SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY TO EXAMINE AND GUIDE AMA

On 17 October 2021, The Deputy Secretary of Chuzhou Municipal Committee of CPC, Mayor Wu Jing leaded ChangXin Memory Technologies, Inc. (CXMT) and other entrepreneurs in semiconductor industry to Advanced Assembly Materials Anhui Limited (AMA) for examination and providing guidance.
Attendees includes the CPC Party committee Secretary, Deputy General Manager of CXMT, Deputy Director general of Anhui Semiconductor Industry Association – Mr. Wang Hou Liang, the Division Chief of Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province – Mr. Jiang Chen Jie, the Director of the Management Committee of the Anhui Suchu High Tech Industrial Park – Ms. Yang Guang Lan, Secretary General of the Municipal Government-Mr. Sun Xin An and other leaders.
Mr. Tang Yong Feng, the project head of AMA, and Mr. Zhou Jian, HR manager of AMA also involved in this activity. Mr. Tang Yong Feng briefed the leader on the Group's status and development, main products as well as the project planning and construction progress of AMA.
Mayor Wu Jing and Mr. Wang Hou Liang fully affirmed the construction progress of AMA and further production planning. They provided valuable suggestions on the project of AMA in terms of the safety and operational field.
In order to strive for the medium and long term goals of being the global number one, and achieve production capacity expansion, through early prudential consideration, multiple research and plant visits, AAMI has targeted the new production to be based in Chuzhou, Anhui province.
In November 2020, AAMI Group was officially registered in the Anhui Suchu High Tech Industrial Park. As a new production plant under AAMI, Advanced Assembly Materials Anhui Limited (AMA) will be responsible for the materials of stamping and etched frame production.
AMA officially completed its registration in February 2021 and next, the ground breaking ceremony of AMA Park was officially laid in April 2021. While the completion of the major plant at the 1st phrase in August 2021, the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 and AMA will start operation in Q1 2022. The project covers an area of 180 acres and the first phase of project is to invest USD 100 million with a construction area of 100,000 square meters. Upon completion, AMA shall eventually become one of the important production plant in the Group.
The set-up of AMA is one of the prudent decision made by AAMI group in order to provide strong support for the Group's efforts, as well as to become the world's leading company in the lead frame market. It will also be AAMI’s new venture into assembly materials and an important foundation in the Group’s business development.
