AAMI First CEO Award Ceremony

On 13 April 2022, this is the first time Advanced Assembly Material International (AAMI) to organize the CEO Award Presentation Ceremony. The winners’ family members can also join our ceremony through video conferencing.
AAMI HR & Administration Director, Mr. Lui Kwok Fai, as an emcee, gave an opening speech. He said, 2021 is the first year of Group’s independent operation, and it is also a fruitful and prosperous year. This success is contributed by everyone’s continued dedication. This CEO Award is designed to recognize the exceptional performance of our colleagues. Today we would like to appreciate the great work they did in 2021. We are thankful to these colleagues for making things work for us and giving new heights to our Group.
Meanwhile, on behalf of the Group’s management, Mr. Lui Kwok Fai is glad to see that our colleagues have achieved excellent results and also express his gratitude to the support of their family members. Lastly, his sincere thanks to colleagues and their family members who participate such a great and outstanding event. The Group’s management believe that the CEO Award Ceremony will be a good opportunity to honor the achievement of our colleagues. Our Group CEO, Mr. Ho Shu Chuen then delivered a speech. First, he welcome everyone be there, as well as expressed that the CEO Award are designed to recognize, reward and express appreciation for employees who by their outstanding contribution and achievements to the company. We are gathered here to celebrate and honor our dedicated employees which has provided an outstanding contribution by leading and completing the SAP implementation project within 7 months for AAMI after carve out. These colleagues “Make It Happen”! They had demonstrated sustained excellence on this project which resulted a better and improved system efficiency for all users. They show their dedication, commitment contributed towards our project success.
On behalf of all management, Mr. Ho Shu Chuen thanked everyone for their contribution. For all winners, their contributions are nothing less than a mark of passion, perseverance and dedication. He said, we are very proud to have such great and committed people representing our organization and we value their hard work, extensive knowledge and invaluable experience. They are all important members of our team and their abilities and contributions are of paramount importance for our continued success. As we honor their great work done, we hope that this award serves as inspiration to all other colleagues.
Through this CEO Award Presentation Ceremony, AAMI’s management has awarded three gold awards, six silver awards and three bronze awards so as to recognize our employees for their contribution while achieving the new heights to our Group.

On October 26, 2024, all employees of Advanced Assembly Materials Singapore Pte. Ltd. (AMSG), together with kind-hearted people from all walks of life, gathered at Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road to participate in a charity walk themed around children’s charity.
