MR. WU JIN, MAYOR OF CHUZHOU CITY MET MR HO SHU CHUEN, CEO OF AAMI, AND HIS ASSOCIATES

In the morning of May 24, 2022, Mr. Wu Jin, the Deputy Secretary of the Chu Zhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met Mr. Ho Shu Chuen, CEO of Advanced Assembly Material International Ltd (known as “AAMI”), Mr. Lui Kwok Fai, general manager of Advanced Assembly Materials Anhui Limited (known as “AMA”) and Mr. Wu Tao Assistant General Manager of AMA at the municipal government’s reception room. Ms. Yang Guang Lan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Sino-Singapore Suchu High-Tech Industrial Park, and Mr. He Jian Bu, CEO of Sino-Singapore Suchu Development Limited has also participant in this meeting. Both parties conducted a deep communication on promoting the development of advanced semiconductor’s project in Chu Zhou.
Mayor Wu extended a warm welcome to Mr. Ho and his associates, expressed concern about the construction and commissioning of the advanced semiconductor’s project in Chu Zhou, and inquired on the production and operation of the company in detail at the current situation of pandemic. He stated that the Chu Zhou government will fully support the development and growth of AMA and will help to solve the practical problems encountered in the operation of the company in the first place, as well as encourage corporates to grab the opportunity of industry development, become bigger and stronger, and look forward to the planning and construction of the second phase of the project.
Mr. Ho thanked Mayor Wu for meeting their team with his tight schedule. He said that the pandemic in Shanghai and its nearby areas has a great impact on the development of the company this year, however, the overall situation is still going toward a positive direction. The Group of Company is still confident on achieving the goal of becoming the world's No.1 lead frame supplier according to the plan. Mr. Ho highly appreciated the investment environment in Chu Zhou, and especially thanked the municipal party committee and government, and the Anhui Suchu High-Tech Industrial Park for their strong support in the construction and operation of AMA, and expressed his confidence and hope for the future development of the advanced semiconductor’s project in Chu Zhou Industrial Park.
