AMC Named as One of the Best Employers in Baoan District's Second Term Manufacturing Industry

On June 15, the award ceremony of the second Term best employer selection event in the manufacturing industry of Baoan District, Shenzhen City was successfully held. Wu Junjun, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhu Guiming, Vice Chairman of Baoan District Political Consultative Conference, and heads of the Municipal Public Employment Service Center, District Human Resources Bureau, District Federation of Industry and Commerce, District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and District General Trade Union gathered at Baoan Talent Park to present awards to 33 best employer award-winning companies.
The selection was made through a comprehensive scoring of multiple dimensions such as manufacturing environment, employer culture, organizational management, talent development, performance incentives, and innovative development. After initial review, on-site review, comprehensive review, and list announcement, 33 award-winning companies and 18 nominated companies were finally selected from the 307 registered companies in Baoan District.
